After a 20+ year career in hospitality management in Canada, I decided to venture out on my own. My focus is to do what I can to make an impact and support the restaurant industry in it's long-term sustainability. I now operate in two different spaces, both consulting-related. 1) I work one on one with restaurant owners and executives on corporate and financial strategy. 2) I operate a course-like platform that teaches restaurant owners and executives how to improve and predict their financial results.
I now work with restaurant operators internationally and am personally committed to doing what I can to support the industry long term.
